\na.Arsyet q\u00eb lejojn\u00eb \u00e7eljen e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Ramazanit
\nLejohet t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebrohet n\u00eb muajin e Ramazanit kur personi ka nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto shkaqe:
\n1. S\u00ebmundja dhe mosha e thyer. Lejohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet, t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebroj\u00eb e kur t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb dit\u00ebt q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb. Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar thot\u00eb : “Kush prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb ose n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb tjera.” El Bekareh, fq. 184. Gjithashtu thot\u00eb : “Kush e p\u00ebrjeton muajin ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb e kush \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, ose n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb tjera”. El Bekare, fq. 185S\u00ebmundja, q\u00eb e lejon prishjen e agj\u00ebrimit, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb sa t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin njeriut. Nd\u00ebrsa i s\u00ebmuri q\u00eb nuk ka shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrim, ose nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, si njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb thyer, u lejohet ta prishin agj\u00ebrimin dhe nuk e kan\u00eb detyr\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin kaza (z\u00ebvend\u00ebsues) n\u00eb koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, por duhet t\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb (ramazani) nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr. Allahu i madh\u00ebruar e ka\u00a0 konsideruar ushqimin e t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb fillimin e ligj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit, kur ishte e lejuar t\u00eb zgjidhje, ose t\u00eb agj\u00ebroje,\u00a0 ose t\u00eb ushqeje p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsues i agj\u00ebrimit n\u00eb rast se\u00a0 njeriu ka arsye.Imam Buhariu ( Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb ) thot\u00eb : \u201cAi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i thyer n\u00eb mosh\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb ushqim, sepse Enesi( radiallahu anhu), kur u plak dha ushqim p\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit n\u00eb vend t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit nj\u00eb ose dy vjet.\u201d Ibnu Abbasi radiallahu anhu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb : \u201cBurri i thyer n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, ose gruaja e thyer n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb le t\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb nga nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr. (Libri i sakt\u00eb i Buhariut, kapitulli i agj\u00ebrimit, nr. 4505). N\u00ebse agj\u00ebron, agj\u00ebrimi i tij konsiderohet i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

2. Udh\u00ebtimi. Lejohet p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtarin ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb Ramazan por \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb prishi, sepse Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar thot\u00eb : “Kush prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, ose n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb tjera”. El Bekareh, fq. 184. Gjithashtu thot\u00eb : “Kush e p\u00ebrjeton muajin ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb e kush \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, ose n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb tjera”. El Bekare,fq. 185. Nd\u00ebrsa\u00a0 profeti, salallahu alejhi ue selem, atij q\u00eb e pyeti p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim i tha: “n\u00ebse d\u00ebshiron agj\u00ebro dhe n\u00ebse d\u00ebshiron mos agj\u00ebro”. Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1943. Vet\u00eb profeti, salallahu alejhi ue selem, si dhe shok\u00ebt e tij gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb Mek\u00eb n\u00eb Ramazan e prish\u00ebn agj\u00ebrimin, kur arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Kedid.\u201d\u00a0 Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1944. Prishja e agj\u00ebrimit lejohet n\u00eb udh\u00ebtimin e gjat\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin lejohet edhe shkurtimi i namazit. Udh\u00ebtim i gjat\u00eb quhet ai udh\u00ebtim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 48 milje, ose rreth 80 km.<\/p>\n

Udh\u00ebtimi q\u00eb lejon prishjen e agj\u00ebrimit n\u00eb Ramazan duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb udh\u00ebtim i lejuar n\u00eb Islam . Nd\u00ebrsa udh\u00ebtimi q\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndaluara n\u00eb Islam, ose q\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t’iu shmangur agj\u00ebrimit nuk e lejon\u00a0 prishjen e tij.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse udh\u00ebtari agj\u00ebron , agj\u00ebrimi konsiderohet i sakt\u00eb. Argument p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb hadithi i Enesit, radiallahu anhu. – Udh\u00ebtonim me profetin salallahu alejhi ue selem e nuk e qortonte agj\u00ebruesi at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk agj\u00ebronte dhe as ai q\u00eb nuk agj\u00ebronte at\u00eb q\u00eb agj\u00ebronte, – thot\u00eb ai. Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1947. Agj\u00ebrimi duhet t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, ose i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb, sepse n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7elja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e p\u00eblqyeshme. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsim nga ana e\u00a0 Allahut t\u00eb Madh\u00ebruar. Profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem pa n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim nj\u00eb person q\u00eb agj\u00ebronte dhe i b\u00ebnin hije njer\u00ebzit nga vapa e madhe, t\u00eb mbledhur rreth tij. At\u00ebher\u00eb, profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem tha: ” Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb bamir\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim.” Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1946.<\/p>\n

3. Menstruacionet dhe lehonia. Nuk i lejohet gruas n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e menstruacioneve dhe lehonis\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, ndaj detyrohet ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin dhe, n\u00ebse agj\u00ebron, nuk i quhet ky agj\u00ebrim . Argument p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb hadithi i Ebu Said El Hudriut( radiallahu anhu), se profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :\u201d Kur gruaja \u00ebsht\u00eb me menstruacione a nuk e le namzain dhe agj\u00ebrimin?! Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb mang\u00ebsia e fes\u00eb s\u00eb saj”. Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 304. Ajo detyrohet q\u00eb ato dit\u00eb t’i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb (kur t\u00eb pastrohet), sepse Aishja radiallahu anha thoshte :\u201d Na ndodhte\u00a0 kjo gj\u00eb dhe u urdh\u00ebruam q\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojm\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin por jo namazin.\u201d Transmeton Muslimi, nr. 335.<\/p>\n

4. Shtat\u00ebzania dhe gjidh\u00ebnia. Kur gruaja \u00ebsht\u00eb shtat\u00ebzan\u00eb, ose i jep gji f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe ka frik\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e saj, ose t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, lejohet t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebroj\u00eb. Argument p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb hadithi i Enesit( radiallahu anhu), se profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :”Allahu i ka hequr udh\u00ebtarit nga detyrimi gjysm\u00ebn e namazit dhe agj\u00ebrimin, nd\u00ebrsa gruas shtat\u00ebzan\u00eb dhe asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me gjidh\u00ebnie i ka hequr detyr\u00ebn e agj\u00ebrimit”.\u00a0 Transmeton Tirmidhiu, nr. 715 dhe e ka sakt\u00ebsuar ;Nesaiu, 2\/103; Inb Maxheh, 1667 dhe e ka sakt\u00ebsuar Albani n\u00eb sakt\u00ebsimin e librit t\u00eb Nesaiut me nr. 2145. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb gruaja shtat\u00ebzan\u00eb dhe ajo q\u00eb i jep gji f\u00ebmij\u00ebs ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ti z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb ato dit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i agj\u00ebroi. Nd\u00ebrsa kur ato kan\u00eb frik\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre ushqejn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb (q\u00eb nuk agj\u00ebruan) dhe i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb ato me agj\u00ebrim m\u00eb pas. Ibn Abbasi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :”Gruaja shtat\u00ebzan\u00eb dhe ajo q\u00eb i jep gji f\u00ebmij\u00ebs kur kan\u00eb frik\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre u lejohet t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, por duhet t\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb”.Transmeton Ebu Daudi, nr. 2317,\u00a0 2318, e sakt\u00ebsoi Albani n\u00eb librin Irua el galil, 4\/18 – 25. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb transmetuar edhe nga Ibn Umer radiallahu anhu.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb shkaqet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat lejohet prishja e agj\u00ebrimit jan\u00eb kat\u00ebr : udh\u00ebtimi , s\u00ebmundja, menstruacionet dhe lehonia dhe frika prej d\u00ebmit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nga agj\u00ebrimi gruaja q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shat\u00ebzan\u00eb ose me gjidh\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja e dyt\u00eb : Gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb\u00a0 prishin agj\u00ebrimin.<\/p>\n

Ato jan\u00eb si vijon:<\/p>\n

1. Ngr\u00ebnia dhe pirja me dashje. Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar thot\u00eb : “Hani dhe pini deri sa t\u00eb dallohet peri i bardh\u00eb nga peri i zi n\u00eb agim,\u00a0 m\u00eb pas plot\u00ebsojeni agj\u00ebrimin deri n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje” El Bekareh,fq. 187. Ky ajet na sqaron se agj\u00ebruesit nuk i lejohet ngr\u00ebnia dhe pirja pas ardhjes s\u00eb agimit deri n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje, d.m.th. deri sa t\u00eb per\u00ebndoj\u00eb dielli. Nd\u00ebrsa kur dikush ha ose pi me harres\u00eb, agj\u00ebrimi i tij konsiderohet i sakt\u00eb. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrpres\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb kujtohet. Profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :” Kush harron q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke agj\u00ebruar dhe ha, ose pi le ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e vet sepse e ka ushqyer Allahu”. Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1933 dhe Muslimi,\u00a0 nr. 1155 nga Ebu Hurejreh radiallahu anhu.<\/p>\n

Prishet agj\u00ebrimi me pikat (e ila\u00e7it) q\u00eb hidhen n\u00eb hund\u00eb dhe me \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb hyn n\u00eb trup, edhe pse nuk hyn nga goja, por q\u00eb kryen funksionin e ushqimit,\u00a0 si serumi.<\/p>\n

2. Mardh\u00ebniet seksuale e prishin agj\u00ebrimin. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ai q\u00eb b\u00ebn mardh\u00ebnie duke q\u00ebn\u00eb i agj\u00ebruesh\u00ebm e ka prishur agj\u00ebrimin e tij dhe ka p\u00ebr dertyr\u00eb t\u00eb pendohet tek Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb istigfar,\u00a0 sikurse ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb e prishi e p\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb kryej\u00eb shlyerjen e k\u00ebtij m\u00ebkati duke liruar nj\u00eb skllav, n\u00ebse nuk gjen, t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dy muaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebsh\u00ebm\u00a0 dhe, n\u00ebse nuk ka mund\u00ebsi, t\u00eb ushqej\u00eb 60 t\u00eb varf\u00ebr. Transmeton Ebu Hurejreh radiallahu anhu :\u201d Ishim ulur tek profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem nd\u00ebkoh\u00eb erdhi nj\u00eb burr\u00eb dhe i tha : O i d\u00ebrguari i Allahut u shkat\u00ebrrova.- Pse,\u00a0 i\u00a0 tha. – B\u00ebra mardh\u00ebnie me gruan time nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb isha n\u00eb agj\u00ebrim . – A ke ndonj\u00eb skllav q\u00eb ta lirosh? \u2013Jo, -tha. – A ke mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb agj\u00ebrosh 60 dit\u00eb nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs ? \u2013 Jo, – tha. – A ke mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ushqesh 60 t\u00eb varf\u00ebr ? \u2013Jo, – i tha.\u00a0 At\u00ebher\u00eb heshti profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb i soll\u00ebn nj\u00eb shport\u00eb me hurma. – Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb m\u00eb pyeti?\u00a0 : -Un\u00eb, o i d\u00ebrguari i Allahut, – u p\u00ebrgjigj. -Merre k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe jepja t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve . -T’ia jap atij q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i varf\u00ebr se un\u00eb o i d\u00ebrguari i Allahut ? Pasha Allahun nuk ka n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy lagje (e nd\u00ebrmjet tyre) familje m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr se un\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb qeshi profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem dhe i tha:\u201d \u00c7oja famijes t\u00ebnde\u201d. Transmeton Buhariu, nr. 1936 dhe Muslimi, nr. 1111.<\/p>\n

E ngjashme me mardh\u00ebniet seksuale \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe dalja e sperm\u00ebs me q\u00ebllim kur agj\u00ebruesi puth gruan, kur e prek at\u00eb, ose kur masturbon apo n\u00eb forma t\u00eb tjera, i prishet agj\u00ebrimi,\u00a0 sepse ky \u00ebsht\u00eb epsh dhe bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me agj\u00ebrimin. Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb duke agj\u00ebruar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb tjet\u00ebr,\u00a0 por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb kefareti, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rastin e mardh\u00ebnieve seksuale, ngaq\u00eb argumenti \u00ebsht\u00eb specifik p\u00ebr t\u00eb. N\u00eb rastet kur njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb dhe i del sperma, ose kur i del pa epsh,\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, edhe pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb nuk i prishet agj\u00ebrimi, pasi ajo ndodh pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n

3. T\u00eb vjellurit me dashje, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr\u00ebsh ushqimin e\u00a0 stomakut nga goja me dashje. Nd\u00ebrsa kur del pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e njeriut nuk ndikon n\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e tij. Profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :\u201d Kush vjell pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij nuk ka detyr\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb kaza (dmth nj\u00eb dit\u00eb tjet\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuese), nd\u00ebrsa kush vjell me dashje\u00a0 duhet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb kaza.\u201d (Transmeton Ebu Daudi,\u00a0 nr. 2380 ; Tirmidhiu, nr. 720 ; Ibn Maxheh, nr. 1676 e sakt\u00ebsoi Albani n\u00eb librin sakt\u00ebsimi i librit t\u00eb Ibn Maxheh, nr. 1368.<\/p>\n

4. Hixhamja. Nxjerrja e gjakut prej l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, jo prej damar\u00ebve. Ai q\u00eb b\u00ebn hixhame duke q\u00ebn\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim e ka prishur agj\u00ebrimin e tij, sepse profeti salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb :\u201d E ka prishur agj\u00ebrimin ai q\u00eb u kryen hixhame t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe ai q\u00eb e b\u00ebn n\u00eb trupin e tij”. Transmeton Ebu Daudi, nr. 2367 ; Ibn Huzejmeh, nr. 1983 , sakt\u00ebsoi Albani n\u00eb librin Sakt\u00ebsimi i haditheve t\u00eb Ibn Huzejmes, 3\/236. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb edhe agj\u00ebrimi i atij q\u00eb ua kryen t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve hixhamen prishet, por kur e kryen me mjete t\u00eb tjera, pa e thithur gjakun me goj\u00eb, nuk i prishet. Allahu e di m\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E ngjashme me hixhamen \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nxjerrja e gjakut nga damar\u00ebt ose nxjerrja e tij p\u00ebr ta dhuruar . Nd\u00ebrsa dalja e gjakut nga plag\u00ebt,\u00a0 ose kur del nga hund\u00ebt, heqja e dh\u00ebmball\u00ebs nuk e prishin agj\u00ebrimin..<\/p>\n

5. Dalja e gjakut t\u00eb mensturacioneve dhe lehonis\u00eb .
