    Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb sjell bereqetin, e shton dashurin\u00eb dhe e i forcon lidhjet v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrore. Me nj\u00eb rast, kur sahab\u00ebt u ankuan te Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb se ushqimi nuk u mjafton, ai u tha: \u201cMblidhuni bashk\u00eb rreth ushqimit tuaj dhe p\u00ebrmendeni All-llahun (thuani bismil-lah) para se t\u00eb filloni, do t\u2019ju jepet bereqet n\u00eb t\u00eb.\u201d[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

      Para ushqimit, preferohet larja e duarve, e sidomos n\u00ebse jan\u00eb ndyr\u00eb me di\u00e7ka. Nj\u00eb grup i selef\u00ebve e kan\u00eb praktikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

        Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKjo (pritja deri n\u00eb ftohje) \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e bereqetshme.\u201d[2]<\/strong><\/a>,<\/em> d.m.th. pasi t\u2019i ik\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsia dhe avulli. Ushqimi shum\u00eb i nxeht\u00eb e d\u00ebmton njeriun, ashtu si\u00e7 e d\u00ebmton edhe ushqimi shum\u00eb i ftoht\u00eb.<\/p>\n

        1. Mosp\u00ebrbuzja e ushqimit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          P\u00ebrbuzja e ushqimit, qoft\u00eb kur njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb mysafir apo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzje e begatis\u00eb s\u00eb All-llahut t\u00eb Madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm… Njeriu duhet kujtuar se ka shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb aspak ushqim. Kush e p\u00ebrbuz begatin\u00eb e All-llahut, \u00ebsht\u00eb meritor q\u00eb ajo begati t\u2019i merret.<\/p>\n

            Ky veprim \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me sunnetin, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzje e ushqimit dhe e fut\u00eb n\u00eb siklet dhe ia prish qejfin pronarit t\u00eb atij ushqimi… Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> \u201ckurr\u00eb nuk e ka n\u00ebn\u00e7muar ushqimin. N\u00ebse i p\u00eblqente, e hante, e n\u00ebse nuk i p\u00eblqente, e linte.\u201d[3]<\/a><\/p>\n

              Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb miratim i njeriut se All-llahu \u00ebsht\u00eb Pronari i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i ushqimit dhe se ky ushqim \u00ebsht\u00eb prej Tij.<\/p>\n

              Po ashtu, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrz\u00ebr\u00eb shejtanin, i cili d\u00ebshiron ta shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb njeriun gjat\u00eb ushqimit, si dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do gjendje.<\/p>\n

              7.Fillimi i ngr\u00ebnies me \u2018bismil-lah\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prej rregullave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb ushqimit. N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb, jan\u00eb transmetuar shum\u00eb hadithe, si p.sh. fjala e Pejgamberit sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> drejtuar nj\u00eb djaloshi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl: \u201cO djalosh, thuaj \u2018bismil-lah\u2019, ha me dor\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb dhe ha para vetes.\u201d[4]<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>Po ashtu porosia e tij drejtuar atij q\u00eb kishte harruar th\u00ebnien e fjal\u00ebs \u2018bismil-lah\u2019: \u201cKur ndonj\u00ebri prej jush t\u00eb haj\u00eb ushqim, le t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u2018bismil-lah\u2019, e n\u00ebse harron t\u00eb thot\u00eb nga fillimi, at\u00ebher\u00eb le t\u00eb thot\u00eb: Bismil-lah nga fillimi n\u00eb mbarim.\u201d[5]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

Edhe mish shpez\u00ebsh, cilin ta duan.\u201d[6]<\/a> <\/strong>Disa mjek\u00eb thon\u00eb se kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e t\u00eb ushqyerit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e dobishmja p\u00ebr trupin, dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi p\u00ebr procesin e tretjes.<\/p>\n

Ngr\u00ebnia me dor\u00ebn e majt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb haram (e ndaluar), bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Pejgamberit sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em>: \u201cKur t\u00eb hani, hani me dor\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb dhe kur t\u00eb pini, pini me dor\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb, sepse shejtani ha me dor\u00ebn e majt\u00eb dhe pi me dor\u00ebn e majt\u00eb.\u201d[7]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                      Ato jan\u00eb gishti i madh, ai tregues dhe i mesmi. Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> hante me tre gishta, dhe para se ta fshinte dor\u00ebn (pas ngr\u00ebnies), e l\u00ebpinte.[8]<\/a><\/p>\n

                        Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb edukat\u00eb e lart\u00eb gjat\u00eb ushqimit, e q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb haj\u00eb para vetes, duke mos e zgjatur dor\u00ebn n\u00eb an\u00ebn e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, dhe duke mos i shqet\u00ebsuar ata, si dhe t\u00eb mos akuzohet me pangop\u00ebsi. Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201c… dhe ha para vetes.\u201d[9]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                          Kjo lidhet me rregull\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur. K\u00ebshtu ka porositur i d\u00ebrguari i All-llahut, i cili thot\u00eb: \u201cHani nga skajet e tepsis\u00eb, e jo nga mesi i saj, ngase bereqeti gjendet n\u00eb mesin e saj.\u201d[10]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                          1. P\u00ebrtypja e mjaftueshme e ushqimit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej rregullave t\u00eb cil\u00ebs duhet p\u00ebrmbajtur. Mosp\u00ebrtypja e mjaftueshme e ushqimit ndikon negativisht n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut. Po ashtu ngr\u00ebnia pa p\u00ebrtypje t\u00eb mjaftueshme shkakton dispepsi (mostretje) dhe teprim n\u00eb ushqim.<\/p>\n

                            1. Zvog\u00eblimi i kafshat\u00ebs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              Kjo, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos haj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se ata. Kjo mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb edhe xhelozi tek ata si dhe mund ta akuzojn\u00eb me pangop\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prej shenjave t\u00eb pangop\u00ebsis\u00eb, krahas asaj q\u00eb i shqet\u00ebson njer\u00ebzit e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

                                  K\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim kockat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjenden te peshku ose cop\u00ebza t\u00eb vogla kockash n\u00eb mish, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. Gj\u00ebra sikur k\u00ebto ka mund\u00ebsi ta d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb njeriun.<\/p>\n

                                          Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej rregullave q\u00eb duhet pasur parasysh. Nuk i ka hije njeriut q\u00eb t\u2019i zgurdulloj\u00eb syt\u00eb drejt njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb, ngase i v\u00eb n\u00eb siklet dhe nuk mund t\u00eb han\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 duan. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, atyre mund t\u2019u shkoj\u00eb mendja se ky njeri \u00ebshr\u00eb koprrac n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb pronari i ushqimit.<\/p>\n

                                            Hapja e buz\u00ebve gjat\u00eb ngr\u00ebnies mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb \u201cfluturimin\u201d e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb p\u00ebshtym\u00ebs n\u00eb ushqim apo sp\u00ebrkatja e mbeturinave t\u00eb ushqimit n\u00eb ushqim, gj\u00eb q\u00eb i neverit ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, m\u00ebnyra e k\u00ebtill\u00eb e t\u00eb ngr\u00ebnit shkakton f\u00ebrkim dhe z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb gjat\u00eb ushqimit.<\/p>\n

Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> ka ndaluar nga kjo gj\u00eb dhe ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKush ha hurma te dikush, t\u00eb mos haj\u00eb nga dy hurma p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse ata ia lejojn\u00eb.\u201d[13]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                                              Disa dijetar\u00eb thon\u00eb se kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me hurmat, e disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb thon\u00eb q\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha pem\u00ebt, dhe mendimi i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb. All-llahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri.<\/p>\n

                                              1. Marrja e ushqimit q\u00eb bie n\u00eb tok\u00eb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201c<\/em>N\u00ebse ju bie kafshata, merreni at\u00eb, largojeni prej saj papast\u00ebrtin\u00eb dhe hajeni, e mos ia lini shejtanit.\u201d[14]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                                                1. Mosp\u00ebrzierja e l\u00ebvoreve dhe b\u00ebrtham\u00ebs me ushqim<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                  Nuk duhet q\u00eb b\u00ebrthamat t\u00eb lihen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn pjat\u00eb me ushqimin, l\u00ebvoret e shalqirit apo t\u00eb vez\u00ebve t\u00eb hidhen n\u00eb pjat\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me ushqimin, apo kockat dhe mbeturinat e mishit t\u00eb lihen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn pjat\u00eb me mishin. Kjo nuk i ka hije njeriut dhe shkakton neveri tek ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb, ngase ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb mbeturinat t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera me p\u00ebshtym\u00ebn e atij q\u00eb ha.<\/p>\n

                                                  1. Kur miza bie n\u00eb en\u00ebn e ushqimit…<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                    N\u00ebse miza bie n\u00eb en\u00ebn e ushqimit, duhet zhytur miz\u00ebn t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb ushqim, e pastaj nxirret dhe hidhet. Njeriu nuk duhet neveritur apo turp\u00ebruar nga kjo gj\u00eb. Pejgamberi sal-lAll-llahu alejhi ue sel-lem<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cN\u00ebse miza bie n\u00eb pijen e ndonj\u00ebrit nga ju, le ta zhys\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb e pastaj ta nxjerr\u00eb, ngase n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin krah t\u00eb miz\u00ebs ka s\u00ebmundje, e n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr ka ila\u00e7.\u201d[15]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

                                                      N\u00ebse bashk\u00ebshorti \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb me bashk\u00ebshorten e tij dhe e ushqen duke i vendosur asaj ushqimin n\u00eb goj\u00eb me dor\u00ebn e tij, do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. Me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ai i shpreh asaj dashurin\u00eb q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb. All-llahu i Madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm thot\u00eb: \u201cedhe sikur t\u00eb kishin vet\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr te, ata u jepnin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi atyre para vetvetes.\u201d[17]<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Arsyeja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00ebse mbeturinat e ushqimit lihen n\u00eb pjat\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo b\u00ebhet hise e shejtanit. Arsyeja tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se bereqeti i ushqimit mund t\u00eb gjendet pik\u00ebrisht te k\u00ebto mbeturina.<\/p>\n
