1. Cokollata
\nPrezenca e shtuar e kakaos ne permbajtjen e cokollates, e cila eshte shume e njohur per efektet e medha antioksidante, te cilat i detyrohen me se shumti elementit flavonol, ndihmojne ne permiresimin e qarkullimit te gjakut ne tru. Kete element me shume e gjejme tek cokollata e zeze.<\/p>\n

2. Peshku
\nPeshku eshte nje ushqim i bekuar per te gjithe organizmin, por ne vecanti edhe per trurin.<\/p>\n

3. Zarzavatet
\nTe gjitha llojet e tyre, pasi jane te pasura ne vitamina B6 dhe B12. Zarzavatet jane shume te rekomandueshme si per moshat e reja ashtu edhe per te rriturit.<\/p>\n

Arrat, geshtenjat dhe ne pergjithesi te gjitha llojet e farerave.
\nNdikimi i tyre ne shendetin e trurit, i detyrohet prezences se antioksidanteve Omega3 dhe Omega6, por edhe magnesiumit dhe tiamines, te cilat njihen per funksionet e tyre kurative.<\/p>\n

5. Frutat
\nKetu futen te gjitha llojet e frutave, por me te rendesishmet jane manat dhe manaferra blu, por edhe rrushi i zi. Te gjitha keto, ne raport me trurin jane konsideruar edhe si super fruta.<\/p>\n

6. Curry
\nKjo eshte nje perzierje me origjine indiane, ne perberje te te cilit jane piperi i zi, kanella, speci djeges, dhe disa bime te tjera, te cilat pervecse ndikojne ne shendetin e trurit, njihen edhe si elemente kurues ndaj diabetit, dhe semundjeve te sistemit kardiovaskular.<\/p>\n

7. Vezet
\nSa me shume avancon mosha, aq me shume truri sikurse edhe i gjithe trupi fillon te pesoje nje fare atrofizim senil( qe lidhet me moshen), por nese shume nga ne kujdesen qe kete gje ta shtyjne sa me shume kur behet fjale per trupin, pak kujtohen se kjo gje duhet bere edhe me trurin. Vezet per shkak te permbajtjes se larte te vitamines B12, dhe lecitines, ndikon shume ne kufizimin e ketij atrofizimi. Gjithashtu edhe kolina , e cila eshte ne perberje te kolesterolit, luan nje rol te rendesishem ne permiresimin e kujteses. Ndaj konsumi i nje deri dy vezeve ne dite, do te ndihmonte shume ne kete drejtim, me teper do te ishte jo e rekomandueshme.<\/p>\n

8. Caji
\nBeni mire qe ta harroni kafene e mengjesit, eshte shume me\u00c2 mire nje filxhan me caj. Caji i zi, por akoma me shume ai jeshil eshte shume i pasur me katekine, e cila eshte nje perberes antioksidant dhe qe ndihmon shume ne mbajtjen ne forme te trurit.
\nPra sa meshume caj ne mengjes.<\/p>\n

9. Cerealet
\nNe kete kategori ushqimesh, perfaqesuesit me ne ze jane gruri, misri, orizi. Keto produkte, pervecse jane shume te keshillueshme ne recetat diededike, jane po kaq te mira edhe ne drejtim te shendetit te trurit. Efekti pozitiv i ketyre ushqimeve i detyrohet permbajtjes se shtuar te acidit folik, vitamines B6, thiamines, te cilat nga ana e tyre ndikojne ne permiresimin e furnizimit te trurit me gjak. Sa me ne moshe jeni, aq me shume te rekomandueshme jane keto.<\/p>\n
